Solmatix UKC Annual Awards and Prize Giving 2025 (Beechlawn Hotel, Dunmurry): Adult Ticket

This is your booking form for the Solmatix Renewables UKC Awards Evening at the Beechlawn Hotel on the 15th November 2025 (to be used by adults only).

This event will start at 5.00pm and end at 1.00am. Dress code is smart/casual. The maximum number that the Hotel can accommodate in the Function Room is 200 so please get your booking to this exciting night done early. We have sent the link as well in a sperate email to you all via Alpha email and the link will also be published on Ulster Karting Club Facebook page.

Please select how many adults are going in your party. Similarly if you are bringing children with you, please also re-enter with the number of kids going. Alpha will want your usual log-in details (for verification) to take you to checkout where you can complete payment details as usual.

This ticket will include an Adults standard evening meal (3 course meal) and entertainment for the 2025 UKC Awards and Prize Giving Dinner. There will be a surprise Guest speaker and evening music/disco is provided. Eddie Irvine's will be providing Race Simulators and Robert Sergeant (Professional Photographer of Cromlin Images) will be available.as in previous events. We will also be holding a raffle and can I ask you all to let me know of any gifts you are able to donate and that we can raffle in the evening (email me at brnmurtagh@yahoo.co.uk with anything you can offer - big or small).
